Child freed from car in Staines

Firefighters slid a coathanger between the window and frame of a car to open the lock in order to release a child in the vehicle on Monday, February 16, in Penton Avenue, Staines, at about 7.50am.

The child, who had only been locked in for a few minutes, was unhurt.
