Staines prep holds fireworks display
Staines prep school held a fireworks display on Saturday November 7 and raised £4,000 for themselves
The display was held by the Friends of Staines Prep in the school grounds in Gresham Round, which also saw a fancy dress parade and a costume and pumpkin competition respectively.
Five-year-old Izabel Pearson and Owen Price, six, won the fancy dress competition for dressing as a wicked witch and a ghoul.
Headmaster Peter Roberts said: "As the evening set in, an array of refreshments including burgers, hotdogs, a variety of Indian food and mulled wine warmed everyone. The crowd of more than 400 was then wowed by an impressive fireworks show, synchronized to horror themed music."
The night also saw a Spooky Room, a black room full of lights and sounds and a fun electric chair.
